Class Descriptions

Chair Yoga Movers

An active chair yoga class. Students should be comfortable getting on and off the floor besides standing and chair yoga positions.

 

Hatha Continued

 A 90 minute Hatha blend class. We recommend that students have a moderate amount of yoga experience. 

Restorative Movement

A very gentle yoga class. Postures are settled into with the use of props and held for an extended amount of time. This style of yoga is excellent for balancing our bodies and settling our stressful lifestyles. 

Pilates

A system of exercises using special props, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. We recommend students have some experience with pilates for this class. 

Gentle Chair Yoga

A traditional chair yoga class, spent standing or seated in a chair. Excellent for students who have mobility issues, or sore hips and knees. 

Hatha Yin

Build on basic alignment, breath work, relaxation and meditation. Great for students with moderate experience. 

New to Yoga

 A 4-week class that teaches the fundamental poses of yoga. After this class, students will feel comfortable trying all of our yoga classes.
